2025-26 ESC Region 11 Charter Roundtables
October 28 & December 11, 2025 March 24 & May 12, 2026 • 9 a.m. - noon Join our 2025-26 Charter School Roundtable meetings. These meetings will consist of charter-specific information and networking opportunities for charter school leaders. Moreover, participants will learn about TEA legislative updates and upcoming professional development sessions directly from ESC Region 11 experts.
The Charter Roundtable Meetings, designed to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and sharing of innovative practices among charter leaders. Some of this year’s meetings will be hosted on-site at partner campuses. Please register for each session separately.

2025-2026 Executive Leadership Compass
September 12 & November 12, 2025 February 18 & May 28, 2026 • 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. This four-part professional learning series equips superintendents and executive-level leaders with the tools to lead strategically through change, build sustainable leadership pipelines, and drive system-wide improvement. Each session integrates timely just-in-time updates, expert panels, and high-impact district practices aligned to TEA priorities.
Sessions are designed to support both in-person and virtual participants through collaborative problem-solving, strategic planning, and alignment of vision, culture, and outcomes.

Fall into Success with the Right Resources McKinney-Vento Resource Fair
Thursday, October 9 • 8 a.m. - noon Join us for the McKinney-Vento Resource Fair, a collaborative event connecting Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and community providers across ESC Region 11. This fair is designed to strengthen the support for students and families who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability by highlighting available services and fostering partnerships.
The event will begin with a spotlight session on key community resources, followed by opportunities to engage directly with providers offering emergency housing, counseling, healthcare, transportation, and other vital supports

2025 PFE Statewide Conference
The Title I, Part A Compliance Academies are designed to provide intensive learning for compliance and academic best practices and enhance your skills to gain valuable insights and expertise in the world of Title I, Part A.
Target Audience: LEA/Charter Directors, Administrators, Teachers, and Staff implementing a School-wide Program (SW) or a Targeted Assistance Program (TA)
