2025–2026 Planning Amounts for ESSA Consolidated Federal Grant Application Now Available
Planning amounts for school systems, including school districts and open-enrollment charter schools, for grant programs included in the 2025–2026 ESSA Consolidated Federal Grant Application are now available and can be viewed on the TEA entitlements webpage.
Please note that these planning amounts are estimates based on the latest available information, including funding from the US Department of Education (USDE) budget tables.
Applicant Designation and Certification (ADC) Forms
The 2025–2026 Applicant Designation and Certification (ADC) forms are available for the following grants and grantees in eGrants on the specified date below.
- Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) ADC for all school systems – May 21, 2025
- Special Education (Federal) ADC for all school systems – June 5, 2025
- Perkins V and Perkins V Institutions ADC for all school systems – June 12, 2025
Eligible applicants must apply through the eGrants system by 11:59 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

TEA Entitlements and Allocation Dashboards
The Entitlements and Allocations Dashboard and the Federal and State Grant Awards Dashboard are displayed below. The Federal and State Grant Awards data is displayed in the dashboard below the Entitlements and Allocations. The end user is able to view the total award amount, the amount remaining, and the percentage of the funds remaining. To learn more, click here.

TEA Federal Programs Planner -Version 2.0 Released
The Federal Program Compliance Division and Division of Emergent Bilingual Support, in coordination with the Statewide ESSA Title I, Part A Capacity Building Initiative, have published a new version of the Federal Programs Planner that includes the addition of Title I, Part D, Subpart 2 activities; Title III, Part A activities; and Parent and Family Engagement activities in the Title I, Part A sections.
