Good afternoon,

On the evening of Friday, August 29, 2026, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
(TxDMV) will update the webDEALER System with Release 26.3 which contains
the content summarized below: 

Enhancements:

•   Update to Sales Tax Exemption Reasons

•   webDEALER Title Application Document Upload Order

•   Updating the Vehicle Weight or Vehicle Class in ePLATE

•   Ability for Mobility Dealers to Create a Title Application
