Dear Providers:
On April 19, 2024, DFPS deployed My DFPS Application Passport (MyDAP), which is the new access point for the Provider Portal.
If you have not done so already, Primary and Secondary Administrators should go to the existing Provider Portal page and click the log in button to be directed to the MyDAP, obtain authentication, and are redirected to the Provider Portal.
Along with this change, each user will be required to request username and password, the first time they login. For information on how to log into MyDAP for the first time and properly request your username and password, please refer to the Provider Portal MyDAP Changes Quick Guide.
