It is important to note that the IRS cannot change payment information, including bank account or mailing information. If you have not received full payment by the time you file your 2020 tax return, claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your tax return.
Please note that the 2nd stimulus payments will ONLY be issued through January 2021. If a payment is not issued by then, taxpayers will need to claim the payment on their 2020 tax returns using the Recovery Rebate Credit.

CVS is now in the final stages of getting all permits approved prior to demolition. Permit approval was a necessary step before moving forward.
Although I am hesitant to give a firm timeline, CVS is expecting Demolition of the Krystal to begin most likely sometime in March of this year. Once demolition is complete, the construction of the CVS is expected to be completed over a 6 month period of time. Once this construction is complete, CVS will move from the old to new location. At that time, the city will work on realigning the streets where the old location was.

GBT Realty is currently in the planning stages at 2025 Richard Jones Rd. for Eden House, a high-end residential project that will complement our Green Hills neighborhood with ground floor retail and restaurants to increase connectivity and walkability along Richard Jones.
GBT will not be asking for any variances or rezones and have informed me it is their intention to use current entitlements within the GreenHills Urban Design Overlay. They will be holding a community meeting soon as their plans develop.
How was the name Eden House created?
The name Eden comes from one of the original streets in Green Hills, a nod to their dedication to delivering a product that enhances the emblematic neighborhood. House is a reference to the vacated Metro Firehouse the project is replacing. The project will be executed by-right and within the area’s current UDO.
