Blacks Peaches & Windy Hill Friday, October 4, 10:30 AM - 2 PM Cost: $10
Join our group as we visit two of York County’s best family-owned farms! We will start the day at Black’s Peaches learning about the farm and shopping local produce. We will also enjoy a nice lunch on the property. Next, we’ll head next door to Windy Hill Orchard to check out their Cider Bar and learn about the history of them growing apples in York County before we head back home to Rock Hill.
NEW CLASS ALERT: ZUMBA Gold - Let's PARTY! Starting Wednesday, September 11 at 2 p.m. at Boyd Hill Recreation Center: Join Robin for this fun and mood boosting ZUMBA Gold class for people of all levels and abilities, especially designed for the older adult. Using music of all genres, you will learn easy to follow rhythms and routines. NO experience needed to enjoy this upbeat, calorie burning class. Chairs will be provided for anyone who needs one. Standing or sitting, ZUMBA Gold is where it's at !!!!

Monday, October 7, 2 PM - 3:30 PM Aspen Trees Watercolor Painting Cost: $10
We will review the basics of watercolor painting and create painting of Aspen trees.
Monday, October 14 & 21, 2 PM - 3:30 PM Poinsetta Pottery and Christmas Ornaments Cost: $25 (This is a 2 part class)
Students will roll out clay and hand build a platter and ornaments using a mold. In the 2nd class, students will glaze pottery pieces. Pottery will be available to pick up following the firing of the glazed pieces.

Monday, October 28, 2 PM - 3:30 PM Autumn & Christmas Cards Watercolor Painting Cost: $10
We will review the basics of watercolor painting and create Autumn and Christmas themed cards. This class is ideal for beginners for those who just like to paint.
Thursday, October 31 at Noon Boyd Hill Center - 1165 Constitution Blvd. Cost: $15
Join us for the annual OWLS Club Halloween Party! Enjoy a great lunch, play a couple rounds of BOO-Bingo and come dressed in your best Halloween attire for your chance to place in our costume contest. Oh and don’t forget to trick or treat on your way out! Pre-registration is REQUIRED. The meal will be catered by Substation II and will include a six inch sub (Ham, Turkey, or Veggie), bag of chips and a cookie.
