Homeowner Assistance Program Accepting Applications from Now Until March 14
Those Eligible Can Receive up to $35k in Grants for Home Repairs
Pittsburgh, PA – The Urban Redevelopment Authority has opened the application window for the Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP) from now until March 14 of 2025. HAP provides up to $35,000 in grants to eligible homeowners looking to rehab their homes in the City of Pittsburgh.
