Deep appreciation to all of you who have submitted Integrated Applications already this month! Our team is grateful for all of the work you’ve done to plan for community engagement and ways to bring teams together across programs, engage deeply with your communities, and ultimately create a plan for the 2025-27 biennium.

In this month’s message, you’ll find information about:

  • Integrated Program Applications Due April 30, 2025

Updated 2025-27 Preliminary Allocations

In case you missed the Special Message that went out on March 26, 2025-27 Preliminary Allocations have been updated!

New Coaching & Professional Learning Opportunities (no cost to schools and districts)

The Customized Coaching and Professional Learning Program (CCPL) at ODE reviews vendor coaching proposals to ensure quality. Vendors are then contracted with ODE to provide district and school support to meet Integrated Guidance plan objectives. Districts and schools engage in a guided process to choose their own vendors. Coaching and professional learning plans are co-developed with vendors and district/school teams so there is no need to pre-plan before getting started in this program. There are no added reporting requirements for districts or schools who participate.

New coaching and professional learning focal areas include:

  • Early and Adolescent Literacy
  • Fiscal Stewardship
  • Community Engagement (district level)
  • Family Engagement in the School & Classroom
  • Leadership for Continuous Improvement
  • Equity Mindsets, Systems and Practices
  • Equity Informed Data Systems
  • Student Success Systems
  • Mental Health and Well Being
  • Engagement for Improved Attendance
  • Support for Language Learners

If you have any questions, please contact us at ODE.EII@ode.oregon.gov.
