New Fiscal Year

Every July 1, Service Oklahoma welcomes a new fiscal year. A fiscal year is a twelve-month accounting period used to plan and budget spending, collect revenue and report on financial activities.

Longevity Pay Increases

Effective July 1, 2026, a new state law, Senate Bill 169, increased longevity payment amounts by 50% for eligible state employees.

Whether you've served the State of Oklahoma for many years or are just beginning your journey, this increase from the legislature recognizes your commitment to public service and the difference you make every day.

Did You Know?
Did you know Service Oklahoma launched virtual reinstatement visits last year? Through same-day virtual appointments, those with a suspended driver license can join a Teams call from the comfort of their home. This improves flexibility and accessibility for customers. Here Comes a Valedictorian!
Oscar Lopez, Business Support Specialist, earned his BFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University as Valedictorian. Oscar also won the Advanced Achievement Award, which is given by the course director for Creative Writing. Full Sail is where his original passion for game writing grew into a deeper interest in technical writing and communications. This past June, Oscar began working toward his master's degree while he continues to build a career focused on clear, engaging storytelling.
