We're pleased to share that effective July 1, 2026, a new state law, Senate Bill 169, will increase longevity payment amounts by 50% for eligible state employees. Whether you've served the State of Oklahoma for many years or are just beginning your journey, this increase from the legislature recognizes your commitment to public service and the difference you make every day.

After the initial 20 years of service, for each additional two years of service, another $300 will be added to the amount. This replaces the previous $200 increase.
Longevity payments are processed following your anniversary date according to the biweekly pay schedule.
This is a statewide legislative change that recognizes the value of experienced public servants and their continued commitment to serving Oklahomans.
