Friendly reminder: All supervisors are required to complete annual training. These courses are designed to strengthen your leadership skills and support your professional development.
For New Supervisors You’ll need to complete two essential courses as part of your 24 hours of supervisory training if you’ve been in a supervisory role with any state agency, including Service Oklahoma (SOK), for less than 12 months.
Required courses for all new supervisors include:
For Experienced Supervisors If you’ve been in a supervisory role with any state agency, including SOK, for more than 12 months, you’re required to complete 12 hours of training this year. We strongly encourage you to enroll in the Progressive Discipline and Performance Management Process courses to keep your skills current. However, course completion is not mandatory.
How to Access Trainings All trainings are available in Workday. To get started, log into Workday and follow these steps: Menu → Learning → Discover → Browse Learning to find trainings. For a list of suggested Workday courses, visit this link.
