OMES Central Purchasing has initiated the launch of the MyOK Staffing and Services portal, which will allow state agencies to connect and collaborate with suppliers for staffing and project needs. The platform will be available statewide on Aug. 1

Platform overview

MyOK Staffing and Services is a centralized job board that modernizes how agencies engage with suppliers. It will offer a simple process for agencies to post projects, evaluate bids and select contractors.

Key benefits of the platform include:

  • Efficiency: The streamlined process provides faster responses and awards.
  • Opportunities: Eligible suppliers are notified each time a new project is posted.
  • Compliance: Built-in workflows ensure a fair evaluation process.

Note: MyOK Staffing and Services is only available for contracts SW1025, SW1050, SW0132M and SW0133M.

Timeline and next steps

All state agencies will transition to the portal by Aug. 1. To ensure you are ready to access and respond to opportunities, please note the following information:

  • Supplier onboarding: Verify you have completed the onboarding instructions and can access the portal.
  • Training resources: Review the step-by-step user guides available at the bottom of your portal dashboard to learn more about navigating the system and submitting bids.
  • Project opportunities: While most agencies may not begin posting projects until the statewide launch on Aug. 1., a select few agencies may begin piloting the portal immediately. Once you have completed your onboarding and training, you do not need to take additional action until bidding opportunities are available.
