State suppliers,
As announced on Feb. 24, OMES Central Purchasing is launching MyOK Staffing and Services, a new digital platform for temporary staffing and consulting services. This portal will offer a simple process for state agencies to evaluate and select suppliers from contracts SW0132M, SW0133M, SW1025 and SW1050.
State agencies will begin using the platform on May 15. Please review the information below to learn more about joining and navigating MyOK Staffing and Services.
Onboarding instructions
Within the next two business days, you will receive an email inviting you to join the MyOK Staffing and Services portal. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and access the portal. If you do not receive an email invitation by May 7, please contact MyOKStaffing@omes.ok.gov for assistance.
Once you access the portal, navigate to the Overview section at the bottom of the landing page to access the MyOK Staffing and Services Supplier Guide. This guide will provide detailed instructions for navigating the portal, including how to submit responses, accept offers, run reports and more.
Logging in
After you join the portal, you will log in each time using a one-time passcode. Follow the steps below to log in:
- Visit the MyOK Staffing and Services portal.
- Select the Supplier/Contractor Sign In button.
- Enter your registered email address and select Send Verification Code.
- Check your email inbox for a six-digit passcode, which will arrive within seconds.
- Enter the code on the verification screen to log in.
Training and resources
Please complete your onboarding before May 15 to ensure you can access all available opportunities. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to log in, explore postings and submit bids.
