SW1025 and SW1050 suppliers,

OMES Central Purchasing is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new platform: the MyOK Staffing and Services portal. The portal will offer a simple process for state agencies to evaluate and select suppliers for temporary staffing and consulting services.

Overview

MyOK Staffing and Services is a centralized job board platform for agencies to post projects and interested suppliers to respond with bids.

The portal will support projects on:

  • SW1025: IT staff augmentation services
  • SW1050: Deliverables-based IT services (DBITS)

Key benefits for suppliers

  • Automatic notifications: The portal sends suppliers an email alert each time an agency posts a new project request. The email includes a secure link to access the project details and submit a response.
  • Increased opportunities: Eligible suppliers are notified each time a new project is posted.
  • Compliance: Built-in workflows ensure a fair evaluation process.
  • Time savings: The streamlined process provides faster responses and awards.

Timeline

The following agencies will receive access to the portal for pilot testing in May:

  • Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES)
  • Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT)
  • Oklahoma Human Services (DHS)

As these agencies begin posting projects to MyOK Staffing and Services, suppliers will receive automatic notifications. All suppliers currently on SW1025 and SW1050 are automatically enrolled in the notifications and will be given access to the portal through secure email links. No action is required to enroll or create an account.

Following the testing period, the system will be available statewide in August. At that time, all Oklahoma state agencies will begin posting their projects to the portal.

Submitting responses

When you receive a notification email, simply select the secure link and submit your response. You will receive an additional notification once an award decision is made. All communications with agencies will occur through the portal.
