Workday@OK is almost here! I am delighted to join the statewide workforce in adopting this modern system and reaping its many benefits beginning Aug. 15. All employees will receive a link to access Workday@OK Monday, Aug. 15 at 8 a.m. Below I share a special video message about Workday@OK and outline important information and resources available as you navigate the new system.

Important information about system go-live:
-
Employees may see slight changes to their paycheck after Workday@OK go-live. These changes occur because of increased payroll calculation accuracy using Workday@OK and will be no more than a few cents. Refer to this message for additional details about paychecks in Workday@OK and contact your agency’s payroll department with any questions.
-
Beginning Aug. 15, all employee time and absence must be entered in Workday@OK from the weeks preceding go-live. Your agency’s HR staff should provide you with specific dates and the time tracking process for your agency. Contact your agency HR department with any questions.
-
Upon system go-live, verify your personal information in Workday@OK. You can reference system user guides to navigate in the system, validate or correct tax election information, address, Social Security number, bank routing information, benefits and more.
Go-live resources available to the state workforce:
-
Refer to the employee go-live checklist for an overview of important, time-sensitive tasks once you have access to the system.
-
Access employee, manager, agency staff and agency director go-live handbooks on the Workday@OK webpage. These handbooks include helpful resources and important context to navigate the new system.
-
View training recordings on the Workday@OK training SharePoint site. If you cannot access this website, you may access the recordings via the links in this document. All training recordings and instructional videos will be available in Workday@OK Learning upon go-live.
-
Visit the OMES website for helpful user guides containing information about how to download the Workday@OK mobile app, get started in the new system and more!
-
Refer to the post go-live support model to understand Workday@OK assistance after go-live. You should first access training resources when questions arise; if no answer is found, ask the appropriate point of contact at your agency. If neither source can provide an answer, submit a Service Desk ticket to request assistance.
Gov. Stitt has expressed his goal for Oklahoma to be Top Ten in technology and innovation – adopting Workday@OK is a significant step forward towards a modernized future. We are here to support you through this transition, and I encourage you to contact your agency change agents or email brightpath@omes.ok.gov with any general questions about the implementation.
Sincerely,
Steven Harpe Oklahoma Chief Operating Officer OMES Executive Director
