The AIA Nevada Diversity Scholarship for BIPOC Scholar (Black, Indigenous and People of Color)
This annual scholarship is established by the Nevada Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, specifically for high school seniors in the state of Nevada, with the primary purpose of providing greater educational opportunities to aspiring black, indigenous and people of color scholars throughout the state, and to assist them in advancing their education in the field of architecture.
Applicants must be senior students enrolled in a high school located in the state of Nevada, must complete the scholarship application and provide a brief essay on their plan to become a licensed architect.

 Opening Day at Doolittle Field
Join Councilman Crear and Bolden Area Command for Opening Day to welcome baseball back to Doolittle Field, and to "Flip-the-switch" on the new scoreboards in coordination with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.

Councilman Crear joined Pat Egan to welcome a beautiful new See's Candies store located at 7120 N. Durango Drive, Friday, March 26, in Ward 6.
 Councilman Crear joined Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz and the Cesar Chavez Committee Saturday, March 27, for a "pop-up-pantry" to celebrate Cesar Chavez Day at Freedom Park. The event was programed with music, vendors, boxed meals and more. The Nevada Hispanic Legislative Caucus (NHLC) and the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) among other partners were involved to help make this a successful event.
