IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRADITIONAL HEALTH PLAN MEMBERS
If you have been enrolled in the Traditional health plan option (non-Marathon Health direct primary care members) during the July 2024 – June 2025 plan year, a new process will affect your remaining HRA balance effective July 1, 2025. If a claim incurred from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025, has not been processed by Marpai by June 30, 2025 and you have not exhausted your HRA funds, you will need to seek direct reimbursement of HRA funds through our benefits consultant, McGriff. Review the details on how to review your HRA balance and submit claims for reimbursement of these funds.
If you have voluntary benefits from Colonial or Aflac, the final payroll premium deduction will occur on the June 19, 2025, paycheck. If you wish to keep your current policy, contact Colonial or Aflac directly for information and payment options. Colonial: 1-800-325-4368 | Aflac: 704-277-8705
Certain personnel actions will not be processed for the pay periods of June 14 and June 28. This freeze period allows HR to capture current employee data to implement and process Phase III compensation adjustments pending BoCC approval of the Fiscal Year 2026 budget. If approved, additional information will be released to directors after June 16 and compensation adjustments for eligible employees will be reflected in the paycheck deposited on July 17, 2025.
