The total number of new job postings totaled 40,829 for the state.

The industry with the most job postings was Hospitals.

Almost three-fourths (71 percent) of the job postings were permanent, full-time positions.

The summary also breaks down the job postings into NOW, NEXT, and LATER occupations, depending upon the level of experience and education needed. NOW occupations typically require less than one month to no more than 12 months of on-the-job training; NEXT occupations usually require more than one year on-the-job training and can additionally need specific work experience; and LATER occupations usually require a bachelor’s degree and possibly specific work experience.
