2023 Road Construction Projects

Ramsey Connected is an initiative designed to ensure all Ramsey County residents have access to low-cost internet and computers and the skills to use them.

Ramsey County believes internet access is a basic need and low-cost internet should be available to all residents. While Ramsey County is not an internet service provider, we serve as a promoter, connector and partner through our Ramsey Connected program.

Celebrating PRIDE Month

The board proclaimed June 2023 as PRIDE Month at our meeting on Tuesday. The month of June is recognized internationally as PRIDE Month to commemorate the Stonewall Riots in June 1969, which sparked the Gay Rights liberation movement. It's a time to recognize and celebrate community members who identify as LGBTQIA+ and their achievements.

There are a number of PRIDE-related events in Ramsey County this month, including St. Paul Pride on June 10th, St. Paul Seniors Pride in the Park event on June 15th, Pride Family Fun Day on June 18th, and more. You can find a listing of events here.

Ramsey County has openings on several of its advisory boards and committees, including the Capital Improvement Program Advisory Board, the Capitol Region Watershed District, the Community Health Services Advisory Board, the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Personnel Review Board.
