 Impact Fund: Reminder – Required Use of Updated Request for Funds Forms by June 15, 2026
With the June 15 deadline approaching, we want to make sure all Impact Fund Administrators have what they need to begin using the updated Request for Funds forms.
The updated forms are available on the Impact Fund Partner Portal under the Disbursements dropdown menu and were designed to clarify requirements and make disbursement requests easier to complete and review.

- Effective date: May 28, 2026, and available for use now
- Required use: June 15, 2026
Administrators are encouraged to begin using the updated forms now. As of June 15, submissions made using prior versions will be denied and must be resubmitted using the updated forms.
Office Hours
To support the transition to the new forms, the Impact Fund team is hosting another Office Hours session, which will begin with a 15-minute walkthrough of the updated Value Gap Request for Funds form and Workbook, followed by open question and answer time for any of the updated forms.
