Fix Up Rate Changes April 1
The next monthly rate review and adjustment takes place on Tuesday, April 1. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline to get the current rate.
As a reminder, our Energy Incentive Loan rate for both unsecured and secured loans will now be reviewed monthly and may be adjusted at that time. Energy Loan Plus loan interest rates will not change. Please visit the Home Improvement Interest Rates webpage for a list of current rates.
Energy Loan Plus has Resumed
After pausing the program due to uncertainty around federal funding decisions, Minnesota Housing resumed Energy Loan Plus as of Tuesday, March 18.
Please see the March 18 eNews for more information.
Reminder: Updated Marketing Materials Webpage
Minnesota Housing has made it easier to access marketing materials. We’ve relocated the downloadable items formerly found on the Marketing Center. Promotional materials, social media images and content for Homeownership and Home Improvement loan programs can now be previewed, downloaded, and saved directly from the Marketing Materials webpage.
Marketing orders have been paused while we work on developing options for templates and materials. We hope to have new items for your use during the next several months and we encourage you to check back.
