The event gathers at Plymouth Congregational Church for the silent march and vigil and return to the church for the memorial service. The service will be livestreamed on our Facebook page for those who cannot attend in person.

Heading Home Hennepin Annual Meeting
Last month, Hennepin County hosted the annual Heading Home Hennepin meeting. This year, the event was planned by the Hennepin County Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG). We thank them for all their time and effort to bring the gathering together! The 2024 theme was solutions—a focus on both innovative and time-tested ways that our community is responding to homelessness.
If you attended the event, we would love to hear your feedback: Heading Home Hennepin Annual Meeting feedback survey.
