The CES ROI document was recently updated.
This is the document clients sign to consent they are okay with having their information shared among agencies and service providers in the Coordinated Entry system.
The new document was created to include some new actions the Hennepin CES team is taking in the referral process for the Singles system (e.g. background checks).
The HMIS software we use is changing to software called ClientTrack. The transition to ClientTrack will most likely happen this summer.
The Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) is our HMIS administrator, and is coordinating the transition.
