The Office of Retirement Services (ORS) is conducting a review of members who were on professional services leave or professional services released time from July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2021. Please review the attached files and provide the requested information by Sept. 24, 2021.
Note: more than one person at your reporting unit may receive this email and form. Only one certification form and data file (if applicable) for each reporting unit should be returned to ORS.
