RUBI—Research Units in Behavior Intervention

Provider Training Opportunity

OCFS is excited to announce another offering of RUBI training at no cost, and participants will be reimbursed for their time in training!

What: RUBI is a manualized parent training program developed to decrease challenging behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Developmental Delay.

When: On-Demand RUBI Course: ENROLLMENT OPEN NOW! Three self-paced courses that cover introductory RUBI Information: (1) RUBI Foundations, (2) RUBI Core Sessions, and (3) Caregiver Engagement. The Courses can be accessed at the Participant’s convenience, with the expectation that viewing of the three Courses (16 hours in total) shall be completed within an eight (8) week timeframe.

Who: Direct care providers and supervisors of services to children and families in outpatient, home and community, early education/school-based, residential and/or inpatient settings, as well as managers and directors of early care services, such as Head Start, Child Development Services (CDS) and Special Purpose Private Schools.
