All providers receiving payment from the Child Care Scholarship Program must register on the Child Care Portal. Please register now to prevent payment delays or a break in payment. We encourage providers that have not enrolled in the Child Care Provider Portal to enroll today!

If you have already registered for the Child Care Provider Portal, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN!
Steps to Register for an account:
- Access the Child Care Provider Portal https://provider.childcareportals.org
- Click Register for a New Account
- Registered Family, Large Family and Informal providers are able to register for an account.
- Child Care Centers, Letter of Compliance (LOC) and Military programs must have an agent register for the portal account. The agent must be someone who was previously submitted to the Licensing Office as an agent for your program.
- Your program staff do not need to register. If you delegate them access, they will be sent information to create an account. Use this document, “Provider Portal: How to Grant Staff Members Permissions”, to learn how to delegate access to your staff.
- Complete the User Registration Form
- Click Sign up
- Access the Registration Email and click the Verification Link
- Create Password
