Mayor Rawlings-Blake, Starbucks Hold 3rd Solutions City Town Hall to Address Philanthropic Role in Youth Workforce Development

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake joins Starbucks to host a Town Hall meeting with a select group of local leaders to focus on teen employment in Baltimore City for all youth, including those who are out of school and out of work.
