Each week, the Metro Office of Planning creates a report listing all new land use applications in Jefferson County. These typically include requests for changes in zoning, conditional use permits, landscape plans, waivers, and more. The report also includes a list of revised submittals. There are two cases in this week's report regarding property in District 17, a landscape plan for the Ford KTP addition at 2721 Chamberlain Lane and a variance for the Rose and Oak private social club at 2202 Lakeland Road. Please let me know if you have comments or questions about any of these cases.
The next Pop-Up Drop-Off is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Metro Fleet Services, 3515 Newburg Road. This is a great opportunity to properly dispose of/recycle things like electronics, large household items, prescription medication, personal documents, gently used shoes, and more. Click here for more information or a schedule of future events.
