Office of Planning Weekly Activity Report

Each week, the Metro Office of Planning creates a report listing all new land use applications in Jefferson County. These typically include requests for changes in zoning, conditional use permits, variances, landscape plans, and more. There is one case in this week's report involving property in District 17, a proposal to install a temporary banner for a business located at 2050 Nelson Miller Parkway. While not in our district, the report also includes a zoning certification request for 12935 Shelbyville Road (at the northwest corner of Shelbyville Road and N. English Station Road). As a reminder, that sort of request is usually done to confirm the zoning/form district, learn if the property is located in any other jurisdiction, or review any former zoning cases related to the site. Please let me know if you have any questions.
