Coffee With Your Councilman - January 30

coffee

Jon Pilbean with Metro Homeless Services answers questions at a coffee meeting last year.

My next 'Coffee With Your Councilman' will be Thursday, January 30 at 9 a.m. at MozzaPi, 12102 La Grange Road. This will be a great opportunity to hear what's going on in metro government and ask any questions in a friendly, informal setting. Stacy Keith with Metro Public Works will join us to discuss traffic calming measures they use and address any other topics related to Public Works. I hope to see you on the 30th!

Office of Planning Weekly Activity Report

Each week, the Metro Office of Planning creates a report listing all new land use applications in Jefferson County. These typically include changes in zoning, variances, landscape plans, waivers, and more. There aren't any cases in this week's report pertaining to property in District 17, though there is a request to create five tracts from four on property located at 5220 Chamberlain Lane just outside our district. The most current site plan for this proposal can be found here. The case manager is listed in the report if you have any questions or comments.
