The next Pop-Up Drop-Off event will be Saturday, May 22 and will be much closer to District 17 residents than the previous two events. The Land Development and Transportation Committee, a subcommittee of the Planning Commission, will consider revisions to binding elements to change roadway improvement requirements on a previously approved project at 13501 Factory Lane. The initial plan called for a turn lane along the property's frontage, though acquiring the necessary right-of-way has proven difficult. The applicant is asking that the turn lane not be required immediately and a binding element be added requiring a contribution to Factory Lane improvements. Please contact Jay Luckett at jay.luckett@louisvilleky.gov with any questions or comments.
