Get Pay by Enrollment Support
By August 10, providers who have active vouchers must log in to I-LEAD and access the new provider portal to begin recording child absences to submit for payment. Providers must also register with the new payment vendor and submit banking information in the portal to continue receiving voucher payments. Banking information will not be transferred to the new payment vendor from Conduent. If a provider does not enter their banking information, they will not be paid.
Please note, a family's vouchers will remain active even if they have not logged into the new parent portal. Families should receive a parent key via mailed letter, which is required to complete the new family portal login process. Families are not required to use the new parent portal. The information in the parent portal is read-only and for informational purposes.
To ask specific questions and receive individualized support, join the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL)'s upcoming virtual office hours:
Please take a few moments to complete this survey and share your feedback on the effectiveness of the Pay by Enrolment support and resources. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to the SPARK Help Desk at 1-800-299-1627.

Discover Transition to Kindergarten Assessment Practices
The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) is offering a Kindergarten Transition Model and Self-Assessment tool to help early learning programs and schools evaluate their current transition practices. Join Purdue University's Center for Early Learning and IDOE at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 31 in the Indiana Learning Lab.
In this session, speakers will share research on kindergarten transition and input from families, educators, and communities to identify the key indicators for a successful transition. These key indicators were central to developing the self-assessment framework that supports schools and early learning providers in assessing their program's current state and understanding their next steps for continuous improvement.
Email any questions about this assessment tool to the Office of Kindergarten Readiness.
