Complete Pay by Enrollment Tasks
 |
The Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL)'s change to Pay by Enrollment is now in effect. The new model streamlines processes and increases financial stability for providers while enhancing the service experiences for families.
Refer to the Provider Readiness Checklist for full details. Here are important tasks you must complete related to this change:
-
Log in to I-LEAD and access the new portal before August 10. Register with Rapid Financial Solutions/Tyler Technologies and enter your banking information. Failure to do this will result in delayed payments.
-
After August 14, you can log in to Rapid Financial Solutions/Tyler Technologies from the provider portal to check and confirm your first payment.
-
Enter all late attendance in the EPPIC provider portal before Thursday, July 25. Any late attendance not entered before Thursday in the EPPIC portal will not be paid.
-
Between July 28 and August 10, submit your program's first-period attendance records in the new provider portal. The first attendance period recorded in the new system will be July 14-27. Provider administrators can access the portal via I-LEAD by selecting 'Attendance and Voucher Info.'
-
After the final payment from Conduent on July 31, log into the EPPIC provider portal and screenshot or print any payment records that you wish to keep. These will no longer be available after November 3.
