2023 DECI Re-Listing is Now Open!
Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding. To start, click HERE to check the 2020 DECI Licenses PDF list from Energov for your name (use Control F to find it). Note, the list only contains the names of those who went through the re-listing in 2020.
If your name is in BLACK, your DECI “license” is ready to be paid and renewed. Simply follow these step-by-step instructions on how to pay your invoice for existing accounts.
If your name is in RED, SMC is missing one or more education requirements. Please email Mea Blauer at iblauer2@lakecountyil.gov to check what’s missing and how to complete your education component. Once you submit the required documentation to complete the education requirements, you can follow the same instructions provided above to pay your invoice.
