Calendars and cards can also be purchased at the Evanston Ecology Center, Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, Robert Crown Community Center, Chandler-Newberger Center, the City Clerk's Office located in the Morton Civic Center, and at Downtown Evanston's office, located at 820 Davis St., Suite 151.

 The Evanston Utilities Department invites all residents age 18 and older to apply to its Water Worker 1 Apprentice Program by Wed., Dec. 31.
Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the Water & Sewer Industry; develop skills in underground utility maintenance; develop skills maintaining water plant equipment; become familiar with requirements for City of Evanston workers; and earn an Illinois Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).  Move In Move Out (MIMO) is an organization that helps college students, specifically at Northwestern University and Michigan State University, deal with excess furniture and other items during move-in and move-out periods.
