Nights in Northwood Village was a FIESTA!

 Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Study
Join the City, CRA team and your neighbors on Wednesday, October 23rd from 6-8 p.m. for an informative presentation from the City’s consultants explaining the proposed changes to the zoning regulations for Broadway. The modifications are the result of the many comments and ideas that were received during previous workshops and meetings.
This will be an opportunity to receive an overview of the changes to the zoning code plus you can offer additional comments prior to the draft appearing before the City’s
Planning Board. A draft of the revisions to the zoning code will be presented to the public at the Manatee Lagoon. Come learn more about the details and see how your input has helped create it.
