Good morning!
As promised, we are following up after the snowstorm on Friday, Nov. 8, to provide more information for CDHS employees on how to complete your time card in Kronos.
I want to start by thanking all of our direct-care and facility staff who provide critical services to our veterans, patients, residents and youth each and every day, and regardless of weather conditions. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for all of CDHS's employees who continued to support our 24/7 work that afternoon.
Denver-metro area CDHS staff who were required to report to work and non-essential Denver-metro CDHS staff who were not otherwise on scheduled leave will receive four (4) hours of administrative leave in Kronos. For impacted Denver-metro employees:
- All non-essential/critical employees who did not work should enter four (4) hours of administrative leave for the afternoon of Nov. 8. How to enter this leave
- Biweekly employees should add this information to Kronos before approving their time card on Monday, 11/18 to ensure you have your scheduled hours of time for the week.
- Staff who worked that afternoon will receive four (4) hours of administrative time to use at a later date.
If you think you should have received administrative leave, based on your location and working time, but did not, talk with your supervisor to verify your eligibility. If approved, complete this form. Division or facility directors must confirm that eligible employees should receive the administrative leave prior to corrections being finalized.
Respectfully,
Christina Beisel Deputy Executive Director, Financial Services, CDHS
