Public Review of Draft Documents and Upcoming Public Hearings
Dear Community Members,
You are receiving this email to inform you that there will be public hearings at the Planning Commission and City Council to consider the Village Center Master Plan (VCMP). Following is information about the public review and upcoming public hearings. The review includes consideration of the Draft VCMP, text changes to the General Plan (for consistency with the VCMP), Zoning Code updates and rezoning of sites to implement the VCMP, environmental review and an Urgency Ordinance.
Public Review
We have prepared a draft of the Village Center Master Plan (VCMP) for the seven Village Centers. The Village Centers are identified in the City's General Plan Land Use and Transportation Element (LUTE). The VCMP establishes a detailed vision for the future redevelopment of Village Center sites. Upcoming Public Hearings
Public hearings have been scheduled for consideration by the Planning Commission and City Council, and related information is noted below and in the public notice. The staff reports for these meetings will be available on our Legislative Public Meetings page the Thursday prior to the meeting date.
Planning Commission – Special Meeting Join the meeting to learn about the plan and provide your input. When: Monday, June 16 at 7 p.m. Where: Online and Council Chambers, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Ave.
City Council Join the meeting to learn about the plan and provide your input. When: Tuesday, July 1 at 7 p.m. Where: Online and Council Chambers, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Ave.
