The Martin, located at 240 Taaffe St. in downtown Sunnyvale, is accepting applications for a limited number of affordable apartments. If you're in the moderate income level, this is your chance to secure a Jr. One Bedroom, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom apartment.
Available Units:
- Jr. One Bedroom Apartments: J1 Floor Plan, Starting Price: $3,325 per month
- One Bedroom Apartments: 1A Floor Plan, Starting Price: $3,325 per month
- One Bedroom Apartments: 1K Floor Plan, Starting Price: $3,325 per month
- Two Bedroom Apartments: 2J Floor Plan, Starting Price: $3,795 per month
Eligibility:
If you're in the moderate income bracket, you may qualify for one of these apartments. To confirm your eligibility, verify you meet the following:
- Your assets do not exceed $50,000 (excluding government-recognized retirement accounts)
- Your gross monthly income is at least 2.5x the monthly rent
