County Community Wide Survey
The County of San Diego, Planning & Development Services (PDS) and the Office of Economic Development & Government Affairs (EDGA) is conducting a community wide survey for residents and business owners in the Casa de Oro and Spring Valley areas. The goal of the survey is to learn what property owners, business owners, and residents think about forming an improvement district. The purpose of the improvement district is to enhance the safety and design of Campo Road in the Casa de Oro commercial corridor. The survey results will help the County work with property and business owners to plan, pay for, and carry out improvements in the corridor.
The formation and type of improvement district proposed may require Board direction and/or a vote by property owners. This survey is not meant to be a formal vote to establish an improvement district.
