Madera County Online Property Tax Auction
Registration begins on April 15, 2022
You must register as a bidder by May 10th with a required deposit of $2,500.00 to participate in the auction.
Follow these two easy steps to become a bidder:
- Register at the property tax auction website Bid 4 Assets
- Submit a refundable deposit of $2,500.00 and a nonrefundable $35 processing fee.
- Deposit will go towards successful bidder's purchase price.
You can obtain a current listing of all properties being auctioned by visiting the Madera County website.
