The Adams Hill Neighborhood Association, in coordination with the Community Services & Parks Department, is sponsoring a holiday exhibit at the landmark Richfield Gas Station in Adams Square Mini Park. A special thank you to all the people who came to the park to paint this display!
Artist Statement:
"At this time of year, many people reflect on their religious and cultural traditions. Kindness is an ancient value appearing in teachings from Confucius, to Christ, to karma. The phrases shown here are modern takes on those age old lessons.
Kindness and sharing are some of the most important building blocks of community. In our current era of dissension it is more important than ever to reach out and find our shared humanity. Expressing kindness is almost always possible and seldom regretted."

Dunsmore Park Improvements Project
As part of Community Services & Parks’ ongoing efforts to improve the condition of the City’s parks, plans and specification have been prepared for the Dunsmore Park Improvements Project which will focus on the reconstruction of the parking lot area only. Dunsmore Park’s Parking Lot Closures:
-
Phase 1: upper parking lot - completed
-
Phase 2: lower parking lot closed
