Aerobics Days: Mondays and Thursdays Times: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Aerobics classes are a fun and important part of any exercise program for older adults. Participating in aerobics for seniors can provide health benefits like increasing your range of motion, reducing blood pressure and stress, and aiding in weight loss. Aerobics classes can aid senior citizens in creating a sense of community, value, and purpose in addition to improving physical health. Additionally, the increased upper body and lower body strength that comes with a regular aerobics exercise routine can help with fall prevention.
Slow Stretch Days: Mondays and Thursdays Times: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Line Dancing - Available Both Online and In Person Days: Mondays Times: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Line dancing presents itself as a great form of exercise for seniors because it provides the benefits of an aerobic workout which helps maintain a healthy heart and also provides a platform to get involved in a social environment, which is great for mental wellness.
Join the class in-person on the days and times listed above at Pacific Community Center, located at 501 S. Pacific Ave., Glendale, CA 91204. You must renew your activity card to resume. A drop-in fee will not be collected at time of check-in.
Zumba Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Times: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Muscle Toning Days: Tuesdays and Fridays Times: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
