Good morning,
I’m excited to highlight the Mexican Baseball Fiesta, which kicks off tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the newly revamped Kino Sports Complex. Baseball has always been one of my favorite pastimes, and I can’t wait to join in the festivities. It’s a joy to see baseball thriving again in Tucson, and our Stadium District has a fantastic lineup of teams ready to Play Ball!
But Kino Sports Complex is much more than just baseball. As the largest sports and entertainment venue in Southern Arizona, the complex hosts professional soccer and Major League Soccer preseason matches, international training camps, youth leagues, cultural festivals, concerts, and even the world-famous Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. It truly serves as a year-round gathering place for our community.
