CSMS # 53441417 - Protest Supporting Documentation Reminder

This is a reminder that supporting documentation for protests should not be emailed to CBP or uploaded to the Document Imaging System (DIS). All supporting documentation for a protest must be uploaded to the protest record in the ACE Protest Module.

CBP is aware of, and working to resolve, a Protest Module issue where an error message is returned when supporting documentation is attempting to be uploaded. CSMS 53360984, linked below, advised protest filers receiving the error to create the protest without uploading supporting documentation and to upload documents once the issue is resolved.
