CSMS #49904147 - New ACE Availability Dashboard Coming October 28
On October 28, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy the new ACE Availability Dashboard to provide users with real-time monitoring of the status and availability of Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) applications. Key features of the enhanced dashboard include:
· Current Status of ACE Applications – The dashboard will indicate the status of each ACE application with one of four following status icons:
- Available
- Slow/Degraded
- This status will appear when system monitoring detects slow performance or a delay exceeding fifteen minutes for electronic data interchange (EDI) message acceptance
- Unavailable
- This status will appear when system monitoring detects that an application is down
- Maintenance
· System Availability Messages – This section of the dashboard will provide further details on the status of applications that are in slow/degraded status
· ACE Maintenance Schedule – The dashboard will also provide details on all scheduled maintenance events, including start and end times
· Information from CBP’s Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) – For easy access, the dashboard will also include a feed of CSMS messages from the past seven days
Following deployment on October 28, the new ACE Availability Dashboard will be available at https://aceservices.cbp.dhs.gov/ace/dashboard/public/, also available via CBP.gov/ACE.
