Important Deadlines for the Close of Indiana’s Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2024

The following message and attachments were sent from the Comptroller's Office last Friday (04/26/2024) afternoon.
You'll see that IDOA had an April 23, 2024 deadline for electronic Request for Special Procurements (eSPRs). IDOA will still accept eSPRs and will make every effort (within our control) to process them as we are well within the allotted 45 days at this time.
Please pass this important information along to anyone who may not have received these messages.

The attached memoranda contain important deadlines and other matters involved in the closing of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. Agencies must comply with the deadlines provided to ensure a smooth financial close. Therefore, we encourage you to distribute this memorandum to all appropriate staff.
No exceptions to these deadlines will be allowed without prior approval from the Office of Indiana State Comptroller, which can be requested to AccountingDept@comptroller.in.gov by 4:30 p.m. (ET) May 17, 2024.
