  • Watch on Cable TV: For this Special Meeting, you may watch the meeting on these TV channels: City TV Channel 24 for Cox Communications and Spectrum or Channel 99 for AT&T U-Verse (within the City of San Diego only), or County New Center on Cox Channel 19 (North), Spectrum Channel 85, or AT&T U-Verse Channel 99.
  • Watch Online: Watch the live stream online. The County broadcasts the meeting through a variety of services.

This Special Meeting will be held at San Diego State University, Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union, Montezuma Hall, 6075 Aztec Circle Drive, San Diego, CA 92182. Members of the public can attend and make comments in person. Please refer to San Diego State University’s parking information for additional details about parking. Individuals attending in person are strongly encouraged to utilize public transportation, such as the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus or trolley.

Assistance for the Disabled: Agendas and records are available in alternative formats upon request. Contact the Clerk’s office at (619) 531-5434 (voice) or (619) 531-4803 (TTY) with questions or to request a disability-related accommodation. Assistive Listening Devices (ALD’s) are available from the Clerk of the Board in Room 402 prior to the meeting and are to be returned at the end of the meeting. Individuals requiring sign language interpreters should contact the Countywide ADA Title II Coordinator at (619) 531-4908. To the extent reasonably possible, requests for accommodation or assistance should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting so that arrangements may be made. An area in the front of the Chamber is designated for individuals requiring the use of wheelchair or other accessible devices.

Language Translation Services: Spanish language translation services for public speakers will be available at this Special Meeting. Additional languages identified as languages with a Substantial Number of Limited English-Speaking Persons in the County (currently defined as Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Persian (Farsi, Dari), Spanish, Somali, Tagalog, Vietnamese) may be made available upon request to the San Diego City Clerk at (619) 533-4000 or email to: cityclerk@sandiego.gov. The City and County are committed to addressing language translation requests swiftly in order to maximize public participation.
