WYOMING GAME AND FISH COMMISSION TO BROADCAST MEETINGS TO PUBLIC VIA THE WEB

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission will start broadcasting its meetings to the entire state via the Internet starting this month. The Commission serves as the policy making board of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. It meets at least six times each year.

“The expansion of internet access across Wyoming makes it easier for the public to get information from the Game and Fish Department and follow along with policy making,” said the President of the Game and Fish Commission Richard Klouda. “We are always looking to make our meetings more accessible and let the public know more about how we are serving them. Live-streaming meetings is just another way to do that.”

The next meeting of the Game and Fish Commission is November 13 in Buffalo. People seeking information about that meeting or wanting to watch it live can visit the Commission’s website: http://wgfd.wyo.gov/web2011/wgfd-1000338.aspx

Future meetings will also be available subject to access to wi-fi at the meeting locations.
