REGULAR AGENDA ITEM

1. Undocketed. Wexpro Company base rate of return for the period of August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. Jon Duke, Representative from Wexpro, will appear by telephone. Commission to consider issuing a letter concurring in the revised base rate of return calculation for the period of August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. 2. Docket No. 30013-264-GP-12 (Record No. 13263) Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. for authority to pass on a wholesale gas cost increases of $0.160 per Dth for residential, firm general service and interruptible customers; and $0.184 per Dth for seasonal firm customers. Commission to consider and act on application, petition for confidential treatment of portions of Exhibit 3a and petition to implement rates on less than 30 days’ notice. 3. Docket No. 30005-165-GP-12 (Record No. 13238) Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company for authority to pass on a wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.1822 per Dth for firm and interruptible rate classes beginning August 1, 2012. Commission to
